Time and Tide was an exhibition of
James R.F Holdsworth's work held
at The Waterside Gallery June 22-30 2013.
It consisted of eight oil paintings by James and a video installation and music by James and Gerry McGandy
"All inspired by the creeks and saltings. The video was filmed from the inside of a an old wreck, the only way to get there was by dinghy, which meant we ran the risk of being up to our necks in mud. So much of the East coast creeks and saltings are literally barren, only bird sanctuaries and I hope it stays that way. The music was also composed while we were filming" James Holdsworth.
